Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancelling an order is possible for orders that are yet to be packed and shipped because order cancellation is not possible for order that has been dispatched.

Should the cancellation is compulsory, the request will be treated as Return. A cancellation penalty charge will be levied which is 15% of your purchase amount and shipping fee is non-refundable.

GOODS AVAILABILITY

As part of our order fulfillment procedures, we verify the goods availability of an order before process for shipping.

If an item is out of stock, our customer service will contact you through email or message, in our sole discretion, cancel the out of stock item and dispatch the rest of your order if no instruction received from customers within a reasonable time frame.

Although we update goods availability daily, we cannot guarantee that the stock quantities are correct at any given moment. Therefore, placement of an order does not guarantee that the items you ordered will be available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Any return or exchange of items can be made within 48 hours after the order is received.

For defective items, we offer free replacement as compensation. Items are classified as defective if they are received in damaged condition, or where a manufacturing defect is noticeable on the items. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of improper usage and mishandling by the customers are not considered to be defective.

Promotional and Free items cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds available for items that fall onto this category.

Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account.

2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

8. Click Request Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

RECEIVING A REFUND

All refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

There will be a 15% cancellation charge and shipping cost is non-refundable for items returned due to:

- Order cancellation for order that has been dispatched

- Shipment return as a result of unclaimed by customer

- Shipment return as a result of wrong shipping information provided by customer

Refund usually takes 5-7 working days to show on your account due to varying processing time between payment providers.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your card issuer/bank for more information.

All refunds will be made in RM, we will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of currency fluctuations or exchange rates.
